Section 892Extra SettingsYou can turn the automatic redialing or answeringfeatures on or off.1. To turn a feature on, press the Select soft key or thekey. A check mark displays in front of the option.2. To turn a feature off, press the Select soft key or thekey. The check mark no longer displays.The following options are available:Note: The interval between call attempts varies.• Auto redial: when this option is checked, the phone makes upto ten attempts to redial a phone number after an unsuccessfulcall.• Open to Answer: when this option is checked, you can simplyopen the phone to answer a call. When it is unchecked, youmust open the phone and press a key to answer a call,depending on the setting of the Anykey answer option. Seebelow.• Anykey answer: when this option is checked, you can answeran incoming call by pressing any key, except the key or theReject soft key. To reject the call, press the key or theReject soft key. When this option is unchecked, you must pressthe key or Accept soft key to answer a call.Display SettingsIn this menu, you can change various settings for thedisplay or backlight.WallpaperThis menu allows you to change the background image orthe color of the text to be displayed in Idle mode.
