Tools90Using Record Audio OptionsAfter saving a recorded file you can access various options by pressing<Options>. To execute an option, highlight it and press <Select> or [ ].The following options are available:Send in Message: Lets you send the selected file to a recipient in aPicture Message.Re-Record: Opens the audio recorder to allow recording another file.Set as: Lets you set the recorded file as a Ring Tune, Caller Ring Tuneor Alarm Tone.Go to Voice Notes: Takes you to the Voice Notes folder, which containsaudio files that you have created using the built-in recorder.Delete: Deletes the selected file.CalendarUsing the Calendar feature, you can view any month, week or day. Thecurrent day is highlighted in the month and week views. You can alsocreate Schedule, Anniversary, Miscellaneous and Task events on any day.To open the Calendar, from the Idle screen press [ ] and select ToolsCalendar.The following options are available.Month View: In Month view, the current date is highlighted by a solidgrey box around the number, the selected date by a light grey outlinearound the number. Use the navigation keys to move to any date.Appointments are indicated by a blue arrow at the lower right corner ofthe date, Anniversaries by a yellow arrow at the upper right corner,Miscellaneous events by a green arrow at the lower left corner andTasks by a red arrow at the upper left corner.To view the events on a specific day, use the navigation keys tohighlight the day and press [ ] to open Day view.
