With the pinyin input method, youcan enter Chinese characters by entering the pinyinstring from the phone keypad and the phoneautomatically presents the matching alternatives.This mode allows you to enter Pinyin characterswith only one key press per letter.Typing Characters in Pinyin Mode1. Press keys corresponding to the phoneticspelling, referring to the Roman letters printedon the keys. Notice that the choices in theCharacter Selection Map change.Example: Typing “ ” in Pinyin mode2.
