Settings63Deleting fingerprintsYou can delete registered fingerprints using the fingerprint manager.1 On the Settings screen, tap Lock screen & security → Fingerprint.2 Scan a registered fingerprint, or tap and enter the backup password.3 Tap EDIT.4 Tick fingerprints to deregister and tap DELETE.Changing the backup passwordYou can change the password that you use as a backup to scanning your fingerprints.1 On the Settings screen, tap Lock screen & security → Fingerprint.2 Scan a registered fingerprint, or tap and enter the backup password.3 Tap Change backup password.4 Enter a new password and tap CONTINUE.5 Enter the password again and tap OK.Verifying the Samsung account passwordUse fingerprints to verify your Samsung account password.
