Samsung SMT-W6100 Wi-Fi PhoneBefore You Begin…The Samsung SMT-W6100 WiFi Phone can be provisioned for use with VoiceLineor VoiceDirector.If you are not a VoiceLine provider, ignore this step, and proceed toSTEP 1 – Configure the Device for VoiceDirector.If you ARE a VoiceLine provider, and the phone displays a phone number on theLCD screen, it has previously been provisioned as a VoiceLine device. Thephone’s MAC address must be removed from the Partner Resource Center(https://partner.net2phone.com) before it can be configured as a VoiceDirectordevice.To remove the device from the Partner Resource Center:1. Access the Partner Resource Center at https://partner.net2phone.com.2. In the VoiceLine Support sidebar menu, click View Account List andlocate the account for the device on the View Account List page.3. Open the account by clicking on any of the links.4. Select Edit Device Information from the sidebar menu.5. Click the Close Account button to remove the device from PRC.6. Wait 5 minutes, then power cycle your phone by turning it off and thenon.After the phone boots, the display will no longer show a phone numberand the phone is ready to be configured for Voice Director. If the phonenumber still appears on the screen, power cycle the phone again.STEP 1 – Configure the Device for VoiceDirectorTo configure the phone for the VoiceDirector network:Configure Voice Director Proxy, SIP User Name, and Password:1. Press the Menu softkey.2. Press the right arrow button and go to 6 Settings.3. Press the down arrow button and go to 5 Network Settings and pressthe OK softkey.4. Press the down arrow button and go to 4 VoIP Settings and press theOK softkey.5. Press the down arrow button and go to 4 Proxy and press the OKsoftkey.6. Enter your Voice Director Server IP address press the OK softkey.For example: 192.168.0.17. Press the down arrow button and go to 9 SIP auth. user and press theOK softkey.
