30Symptom: I hear a fast busy signal when I try to make a call.Corrective Action:• Make sure you are dialing according to the Dial Plan assigned to youraccount (the Dial Plan was assigned when the account was created). Forexample, if you have a U.S. Dial Plan, you should dial in the U.S. format:1 + area code + phone numberNOTE: If the prefix is omitted, the call will not go through.• Verify your broadband connection is functioning properly by attemptingto connect to a website from a PC on the same access point.• Verify that the phone obtained an IP address by viewing the NetworkSettings > IP Settings > IP Address menu. If the phone did not obtainand IP address, contact your Internet Service Provider.
