Version 1.0 September 2014Page | 76Additional Status FunctionsYou can set up additional functions to perform under each presence status.For example, call forwarding is set for your mobile phone and phone lock is enabledfor the [Meeting] status, call forwarding and phone lock functions are enabled whenyour status changes to [Meeting]. If the status changes from [Meeting] to [Online],the existing settings are disabled. If you use SDM, you can change the statusremotely.Settings for each presence status must be set in advance. The additional functionsprovided may vary by systems.1 Go to [Menu]  [Presence] and select a desired status. Press the[Action Edit] soft button.2 Press the [Add] soft button at the bottom of the presence setup screen toset your status.Press the [Save] soft button after adding a function.Action SetupYou can enable/disable additional functions for each presence status. This feature isused to disable actions for each presence status. If [Action Off] is selected, theadditional functions are not performed even when your presence status changes.1 Press the [Action On] soft button at the bottom of the presence setupscreen to enable the configured action.2 Press the [Action Off] soft button at the bottom of the presence setupscreen to disable the configured action.
