66Basicsthe Sprint Nationwide PCS Network. It works on another CDMA PCSprovider's system only when a roaming agreement is in placebetween Sprint and the other providers. If your PCS Phone is a Tri-mode phone, it works on both a CDMA PCS provider's system (inaddition to the Sprint Nationwide PCS Network) and a wirelessanalog telecommunications provider's system only when roamingagreements are in place between Sprint and the other providers. Ifwe do not have a roaming agreement in place, you may be able toplace roaming calls "manually" by using a valid credit card. If there isa gap or other interruption of coverage within a PCS coverage areathat prevents connection with the Sprint Nationwide PCS Networkand your dual-band phone is set to roam automatically when outsidePCS coverage, you may incur roaming fees within a PCS coveragearea. Certain features are not available when roaming. Roaming ratesmay be different from and higher than the rates you pay for callswithin your Sprint PCS Local Service Area and on the SprintNationwide PCS Network. When roaming, you are subject to thelimitation of liability provisions and other applicable rules imposedby the roaming service provider.Interruption of Service. We may give credit for a continuousinterruption of Services for more than 24 hours on a case-by-casebasis. Interruptions caused by your negligent or willful actions, or byfailure of equipment or service not provided by us, or by causesbeyond our reasonable control, do not qualify for credit. We mayprovide you with an airtime credit of one minute for a call that isdisconnected because of transmission limitations caused byatmospheric, geographic or topographic conditions and that youredial within one minute of disconnection. You must notify us within24 hours of the disconnection to request credit.Phones and Other Equipment. Phones and other equipment may bepurchased and returned as provided in the purchase documents.We are not the manufacturer of the phones or other equipment.The only warranties on the phones or other equipment are anylimited warranties extended by the manufacturers. We have noliability in connection with the phones and other equipment orfor the manufacturers' acts or omissions.
