You don’t need to line up the devices to send information withBluetooth. If the devices are in range, you can exchange information between them, even if theyare in different rooms.Your device can use Bluetooth to share photos, contacts and other content with other Bluetoothdevices.Turn Bluetooth On or Off1. From Start, swipe left to Apps, and then tap Settings.2. Swipe left or right to display System, and then tap Bluetooth.3. Tap the ON/OFF switch to turn Bluetooth On or Off. When you turn Bluetooth On, the Bluetooth icon will display in the status area ofthe screen. Your device will scan for Bluetooth devices, and will be discoverable byother devices. When you turn Bluetooth Off, your device is not visible to scans by other devices.Connect a Bluetooth Headset or Car KitYou can listen to music over a Bluetooth stereo headset, or have hands-free conversationsusing an optional, compatible, Bluetooth headset or car kit (not included).Note: To listen to music with your optional headset or car kit, the headset or car kit mustsupport the A2DP Bluetooth profile.1. From Start, swipe left to Apps, and then tap Settings.2. Swipe left or right to display System, and then tap Bluetooth.3. Tap the ON/OFF switch to turn Bluetooth On.4. Make sure that the optional headset or car kit is discoverable, so that your phone canfind it. Refer to the instructions that came with the headset or car kit to find out how toset it to discoverable mode.5. When you see the name of the headset or car kit displayed in the Bluetooth screen, tapthe name.
