Contacts 116 Accounts: displays your managed accounts. Speed dial setting: allows you to assign a speed dial number to a selected contact. Send email: allows you to send an email to the selected contact via Gmail or Email.Note: Prior to sending an email, you must first add a Google or Email account. Send message: allows you to send a text message to the selected contact. Contacts to display: allows you to select a specific location from which to pullcontacts which will display in your Contacts list. Settings: displays options for viewing contacts, including whether to show onlycontacts with phone numbers and whether to list or display by first name or lastname. There is also an option to select how contacts are transferred to anotherdevice, either individually or as a full group.Add a ContactYou can add contacts directly from the Contacts application. Enter details such as name, phonenumbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, and more.Press and tap .1.From the top of the screen, tap .2.Tap a destination type (Phone, Samsung account, Google, or Microsoft Exchange3.ActiveSync). The Create contact screen opens.Note: You will not see the option to select a destination unless you have previously establisheda Samsung, Google, or Corporate account on the phone.Tap and assign a picture to the new entry by choosing one of three options:4. Remove: although not an option with a new entry, deletes any previously assignedimage on an existing contact. Image: retrieve a previously stored image from your Gallery or from your My filesfolder and assign it to this entry. Tap an image to assign the image to the contactand then tap Done. After selecting the picture, you will be prompted to Crop it to fitthe contact picture ID area. Crop the picture and then tap Done to assign it. Take picture: use the camera to take a new picture and assign it to this entry andthen tap Done. After you take a picture, you will be prompted first to Save and Cropthe picture before assigning it to the contact. S Note: use a cropped portion of a saved S Note as an image.
