You will need a two-way splitter, an RF (A/B) switch, and fourlengths of coaxial cable. (These items are available at most electronics stores.)1Find and disconnect thecable that is connected tothe ANTENNA INterminal on your cable box.œ This terminal might be labelled“ANT IN”, “VHF IN” or simply,“IN”.2Connect this cable to a two-way splitter.Connect a coaxial cablebetween an OUTPUTterminal on the splitter andthe IN terminal on the cablebox.Incoming CableCable BoxSplitter3Connect a coaxial cablebetween the ANTENNA OUTterminal on the cable boxand the B–IN terminal on theRF(A/B) switch.4Connect another cablebetween the other OUTterminal on the splitterand the A–IN terminal onthe RF (A/B) switch.5Connect the last coaxialcable between the OUTterminal on the RF (A/B)switch and the “VHF/UHF”terminal on the rear panel.After you’ve made this connection, set the A/B switch to the “A” position for normalviewing. Set the A/B switch to the “B” position to view scrambled channels.
