16CARE AND CLEANINGThe surface of the cabinet can be damaged if not properly maintained. Many common household aerosol sprays,cleaning agents, solvents and polishes will cause permanent damage to the fine surface.1. Unplug the power cord before cleaning the television.2. Clean the screen and cabinet with a soft dry cloth.Note: NEVER spray liquids on the screen because they can rundown and drip onto the chassis. This may cause componentfailure not covered under Warranty.RESET TING THE TVPress the RESET key to automatically reset the television to factory settings. These features will automatically reset:• Picture/Sound Adjustments: Color, Tint, Contrast, Brightness, Sharpness, Color Enhancer,Bass, and Treble• Channel Memory• Audio to Stereo• Initial Channel• Caption to OFF• V-Guide to OFF• Language to English• Clock and Sleep Timer (if previously set)If desired, personal settings can be made againusing the menu options.Press RESET keyagain to returnfactory preset andbegin channel search Press POWER key. Sleep Timer may have been set. Unplug TV momentarily. Adjust antenna. Try a different channel.
