EN 137 TroubleshootingTo keep the warranty valid, never try to repair the product yourself.Malfunctions may occur with any electrical equipment. This must not always involve adefect of the device. Therefore, check the following table to see if you can eliminate theproblem yourself.Malfunction Possible cause/ EliminationThe SoundBar does not work. • Disconnect the SoundBar from the powersupply for a few minutes, then reconnect.No sound from SoundBarspeakers.• Connect the correct audio cable from yourSoundBar to your TV or other devices.• On your SoundBar remote control, pressthe Source buttons to select the correctaudio input.• Make sure that the SoundBar is not muted.Press VOL +/- to restore the sound (see‘Adjust the volume’ on page 10).• Switch or set to other audio signal of yourconnected external device (This productsupport for Dolby Digital and LPCM).A device cannot connect with theSoundBar via Bluetooth.• The device does not support the compatibleprofiles required for the SoundBar.• You have not enabled the Bluetooth func-tion of the device. See the user manual ofthe device on how to enable the function.• The device is not correctly connected. Con-nect the device correctly.• The SoundBar is already connected withanother Bluetooth device. Disconnect theconnected device, then try again.Quality of audio play from aconnected Bluetooth device ispoor.• The Bluetooth reception is poor. Move thedevice closer to the SoundBar, or removeany obstacle between the device and theSoundBar.The connected Bluetooth deviceconnects and disconnectsconstantly.• The Bluetooth reception is poor.
