-7-The projector provides 2 temperature sensor ICs and 1 thermistor on the intake duct. These devices are monitoringthe surrounding temperature of the lamp, panel and intake duct are monitoring airflow passed through the air filter inthe intake duct.- Internal temperature sensor A (IC1692) (around the Intake duct)- Internal temperature sensor B (IC1816) (around the lamp house)- Internal temperature sensor C (IC1814) (around the panel/prism)Circuit ProtectionsIC1814 on theSensor C BoardIC1692 on theSensor A Boardthe projector is shut down and the WArNING teMP. indicatoris blinking red. When the temperature inside the projector reaches a certain level, the WARNING TEMP. indicator starts blinking. If the temperaturerises moreover, the projector will be automatically shut down to pro-tect the inside of the projector, and the WARNING TEMP indicatoris blinking fast and the POWER indicator is off. When the projectorhas cooled down enough (to its normal operating temperature), thePOWER indicator lights on and it can be turned on again by press-ing the ON/STAND-BY button.✔Note:• The WARNING TEMP. indicator continues to blink even after thetemperature inside the projector returns to normal.
