-9-■ Cleaning■ Cleaning the Projection Lens■ Cleaning the Projection CabinetDisconnect the AC power cord before cleaning.When the projector is not in use, replace the lens cover.132Follow these steps to clean the projection lens.Softly wipe the projection lens with a cleaning cloth that containsa small amount of non-abrasive camera lens cleaner, or use lenscleaning paper or a commercially available air blower to cleanthe lens. Avoid using an excessive amount of cleaner. Abrasivecleaners, solvents, or other harsh chemicals might scratch thesurface.Disconnect the AC power cord before cleaning.1Softly wipe the projector body with a soft, dry cleaning cloth.When it is heavily soiled, use a small amount of mild detergentand finish with a soft, dry cleaning cloth. Avoid using anexcessive amount of cleaner.
