B Cautions when plugging in the battery pack chargerœ Securely plug the power cord all the way into the poweroutlet when using the battery pack charger. If the batterypack charger is used with the power cord not fully pluggedin, heat may be generated and cause a fire.œ If the power cord is damaged, or cannot be correctlyplugged into the power outlet, do not use the battery packcharger. Using the battery pack charger in this conditionmay cause a fire or electric shock.œ Do not allow dust, etc., to build up on the power cord orpower outlet. A build-up of dust may cause a short circuit orgenerate heat and cause a fire.œ When unplugging the power cord, be sure to hold thepower plug and slowly pull it out of the power outlet. Do not use it with otherdevices, as doing so may cause a fire or electric shock.œ Do not use a bundled power cord, as the heat generatedmay cause a fire.œ When using an extension cord, make sure that the totalwattage of the connected devices does not exceed therated value of the extension cord.
