This can be useful whenrecording to tape, so that automatic searching cantake place more easily on tapes recorded from disc(see “Search keys” on page 19).NOTEThis function is only available from the remote controlunit. It is not possible to use this function with the mainunit only.If you press the AUTO SPACE key while the play-back is automatically paused between tracks as aresult of the auto space function being enabled, theunit remains in pause mode, and playback will notrestart after the auto pause time is elapsed.If you press the AUTO SPACE key while playback istaking place, and the auto space function is enabled,the auto space function is then cancelled.
