Home MediaThis unit can play audio files that are in a shared folder on acomputer or network attached storage (NAS) device on thesame network.Referring to “Making shared folder settings” on page 40,create a shared folder that this unit can access.CAUTIONWhen using network attached storage (NAS), check itsoperation manual.1 Press the NET button to open the networkservice menu.2 Use the direction (k/j/l/;) buttons toselect “Home Media” and press the ENTERbutton.c3 Use the direction (k/j) buttons to selectthe server that you want to use and pressthe ENTER button.o Confirm the server name of your computer byviewing its properties.4 Use the direction (k/j) buttons to selectthe shared folder that you want to use andpress the ENTER button.5 When a user name and password are required,input the necessary account information.o After inputting the account information once, it issaved, so you will not need to input it the next time.o Use the account information set when you createdthe shared folder.6 Use the direction (k/j) buttons to selectthe audio file that you want to play, andpress the ENTER button or play (7) button.Playback will start.3838
