March 2010 Edition: V1.00/2010 5-5Copyright © 2010, Diversey Inc.05.0 swingo 855 B Power - mechanics.fm5.1.1.3 Replacing of throttle leverRemove• Remove microswitch according to chapter REPLACING OFMICROSWITCH.• Unscrew the four screws of the of switch holder bracket.• Remove switch holder bracket.• Unscrew mechanic hall sensor compl. fixation.• Remove mechanic hall sensor compl.• Put the locking lever to the left.• Remove both throttle levers.RemarksThe lever parts can be replaced as single pieces according to e-spares.Picture 4: Throttle levers positionPay attention that the solenoid is placed on the left side (hall sensorside).Make sure that the rubber covers are placed in the slots.Mount• Assemble both throttle levers.Ensure that the lever toothed wheels are positioned in the centre ofthe possible movement.• Mount switch holder bracket.• Build in mechanic hall sensor compl.Make sure that the mechanic hall sensor compl. is placed correctlyon the pins of the support before tightening the screw.• Place and tighten screw of mechanic hall sensor compl.• Complete assembling according to the chapter REPLACING OFMICROSWITCH.To Order Parts Call 1-888-702-5326 - https://monsterfloorequipmentparts.com
