Continue holding thetoggle switch until air stops coming out of thebleed screw. Close the bleed screw.Crushing hazard. Keep clear ofthe platform during rotation.7 Clean up any oil that may have spilled.Properly discard the used oil.8 Rotate the platform fully in both directions andinspect the bleed screws for leaks.2-3Platform Overload SystemProper calibration of the platform overload systemis essential to safe machine operation. Continueduse of an improperly calibrated platform overloadsystem could result in the system failing to sensean overloaded platform. The stability of themachine is compromised, and it could tip over.Note: Perform this procedure with the machine ona firm, level surface.How to Perform a Zero LoadPlatform CalibrationPerform this procedure when platform overload isnot operating within the calibration parameters.This procedure will re-calibrate the zero load pointwithout affecting a previous full load calibration. Inmost cases the machine will maintain full loadcapacity, however, in some situations the platformload capacity may be reduced until a full loadcalibration has been performed.1 Remove all weight, tools, accessories andequipment from the platform.Tip-over hazard. Failure toremove all non-integratedfactory and non-factory optionsand accessories could result inthe machine tipping over,causing death or serious injury.2 Turn the key switch to ground controls.
