To restart it, you onlyneed to turn the crown a few times (clockwise), or to tiltyour watch from side to side a few times. To restore yourwatch's 46 hour power reserve, around 32 turns of thecrown (forward) are required.When wearing your watch, the automatic device winds itevery time you move your wrist.NotesThe accuracy may be influenced by the wearing conditions.There is no stop of the crown at full winding.Setting the timeCrown in position III, pulled outPull the crown out to position III carefully; the secondshand (3) will stop. Turn the crown forwards or backwards toset the desired time.Once the hour hand passes the 12 o'clock position, you cansee if it is indicating midnight (date and day will change) ormidday (date and day will not change).Advice on how to synchronise your watchTo synchronise the seconds hand (3) with an official timesignal (radio/TV/Internet), pull out the crown to position III ;the seconds hand will stop. At the signal, push the crown backinto the rest position I.Day and date correctionCrown in position II, intermediatePull the crown out to position II, turn it forwards to set thedate or backwards to set the desired day and then pushit back into the rest position I. During this operation, yourwatch will continue running, so the time will not need to bere-set.ImportantNever correct the date and/or day between 8 p.m. and 2 a.m.;the movement is changing the date and the day.Chronograph functionPress the Start/Stop push-button (9) to start the chrono-graph. Press the Start/Stop push-button (9) again to stopit.
