Regular cleaning of themicrophone ports with the supplied cleaningbrush will ensure that your hearing aids willmaintain their sound quality. Your hearing careprofessional can demonstrate this for you.Place the hearing aids in the charger overnight.Ear wax is natural and common. Ensuring yourhearing aids are free of ear wax is an importantstep in your daily cleaning and maintenanceroutine.Never use alcohol to clean your hearing aids,earmolds or domes.Do not use sharp tools to dislodge ear wax.Sticking household items into your hearing aidsor custom molds can seriously damage them.Cleaning your custom molds and domesClean the domes and molds on theoutside daily with a damp cloth.Avoid getting any water in andaround the speaker units andcustom molds.The wires, speakers, domes or custom moldsshould never be rinsed or submerged in wateras water drops may block sound or damage theelectrical components of the hearing aids.Domes should be replaced by your hearing careprofessional every 3-6 months or when theybecome stiff, brittle, or discolored.If your molds require further cleaning, thespeaker waxguard may be plugged and requirereplacing.
