The Thermostat has three relay outputs thatcan be set for cooling, heating or alarm function. Thermostat-1 uses temp.sensor-1 with relay-1,Thermostat-2 uses temp.sensor-2 with relay-2. Relay-3 can function as an alarm relay or as 2ndstage for Thermostat-2. Normally the temperature of temp.sensor-1 is shown on the display.The ALFANET 72 is provided with an RS-485 network connection, so that it can be read out andadjusted on the ALFANET thru the ALFANET PC-Interface.2 InstallationOn the connection diagram of the ALFANET 72 is shown how the sensors, power supply, relays, andnetwork should be connected. After connecting the ALFANET 72 to the power supply, a self-testprogram is started. As the test is finished the measured temperature of temp. sensor-1 appears inthe display.3 ControlThe ALFANET 72 thermostat can be controlled by four pushbuttons on the front.These keys are;SET - view / change the set value and reset alarm.∏ UP - increase the set value.π DOWN - decrease the set value.°C - hidden relay status key.
