Corresponding linearization curves are preprogrammedfor these vessels. They represent the correlation between the levelpercentage and vessel volume. The linearization applies for the measured value indication and thecurrent output. By activating the suitable curve, the percentage vesselvolume is displayed correctly.False signal suppressionHigh sockets and internal vessel installations cause interfering reflec-tions and can influence the measurement.A false signal suppression detects, marks and saves these falsesignals so that they are no longer taken into account for the level andinterface measurement. We generally recommend carrying out a falsesignal suppression to achieve the best possible accuracy. This shouldbe done with the lowest possible level so that all potential interferingreflections can be detected.Enter the actual distance from the sensor to the product surface. All interfering signals in this section are detected by the sensor andstored. The instrument carries out an automatic false signal suppressionas soon as the probe is uncovered. The false signal suppression isalways updated.6.5 Parameter adjustment - Extended adjustmentFor technically demanding measuring points, you can carry outextended settings in "Extended adjustment".The main menu is divided into five sections with the following func-tions:Setup: Settings, e.g. medium, application, vessel, adjustment, damp-ing, device units, unit SV 2, false signal suppression, linearizationDisplay: Language setting, settings for the measured value indicationas well as lightingLinearizationMain menu
