For this reason, the housing can be turned without anytools by 270°. Rain and condensation water can thus drain off. Thisapplies mainly to outdoor mounting as well as installation in areaswhere high humidity is expected (e.g. through cleaning processes) oron cooled or heated vessels. To maintain the housing protection, make sure that the housing lid isclosed during operation and locked, if necessary.Make sure that the degree of contamination specified in chapter"Technical data" meets the existing ambient conditions.Fig. 3: Measures against moisture ingressThe process fitting must be sealed if there is gauge or low pressure inthe vessel. Before use, check if the seal material is resistant againstthe measured product and the process temperature. The max. permissible pressure is specified in chapter "Technicaldata" or on the type label of the sensor.Suitability for the processconditionsSuitability for the ambientconditionsMoisturePressure/Vacuum
