They are thusavailable for multiple use or service purposes.If the instrument is equipped with a display and adjustment module,the data in the sensor can be saved in the display and adjustmentmodule. The procedure is described in the operating instructionsmanual "Display and adjustment module" in the menu item "Copysensor data". The data remain there permanently even if the sensorpower supply fails.The following data or settings for adjustment of the display and ad-justment module are saved:•All data of the menu "Setup" and "Display"•In the menu "Additional adjustments" the items "Sensor-specificunits, temperature unit and linearization"•The values of the user programmable linearization curveThe function can also be used to transfer settings from one instru-ment to another instrument of the same type. If it is necessary toexchange a sensor, the display and adjustment module is insertedinto the replacement instrument and the data are likewise written intothe sensor via the menu item "Copy sensor data".
