Replace tip, see Tip table on Page 20.2. Turn pressure control knob until a satisfactoryspraying pattern is achieved.3. Clean or replace all filters.4. Thin out according to the manufacturer’s instructions.1. Turn pressure control knob clockwise to increase.Digital Electronic Spray Control (DESC)Error MessagesThe following error message screens appear whenever theDigital Electronic Spray Control (DESC) detects a problem withthe sprayer. Once a problem occurs and the error messageappears, the sprayer will shut down.Before proceeding, relieve any pressureremaining in the system (valve position PRIMEk). Additionally, follow all other warnings toreduce the risk of an injection injury, injury frommoving parts or electric shock. Always unplugthe sprayer before servicing!Check Transducer ScreenCHECK TRANSDUCERThe Check Transducer screen appearswhen the transducer has becomedisconnected or is defective. Take the sprayer to a Wagnerauthorized service center for repair.Check Motor ScreenCHECK MOTORThe Check Motor screen appears whenthe motor or motor sensor is defective.Take the sprayer to a Wagner authorized service center forrepair.Low Voltage ScreenLOW VOLTAGEThe Low Voltage screen appears whenthe sprayer shuts down because of lowinput voltage. Check the power supply and correct the problem.Restart the sprayer.High Motor Temperature ScreenHIGH MOTORTEMPERATUREThe High Motor Temperature screenappears when the temperature ofthe motor has risen too high. Take the sprayer to a Wagnerauthorized service center for repair.High Control Temperature ScreenHIGH CONTROLTEMPERATUREThe High Control Temperature screenappears when the temperature of theDigital Electronic Spray Control (DESC) has risen too high. Takethe sprayer to a Wagner authorized service center for repair.High Mechanical LoadHIGH LOADCHECK MECHANISMThe High Mechanical Load screenappears when the sprayer shuts downbecause of high current or when the sprayer goes into currentfold back mode. Take the sprayer to a Wagner authorized servicecenter for repair.Exceeded Pressure Limit ScreenEXCEEDEDPRESSURE LIMITThe Exceeded Pressure Limit screenappears when the sprayer pressureexceeds 3300 PSI / 22.8 MPa. Take the sprayer to a Wagnerauthorized service center for repair.
