FreeFlow Accxes Client ToolsModule overviewThe FreeFlow Accxes Client Tools (ACT)application runs on your PC or Solarisworkstation.The Client Tools are used to print, retrieve, andsave images using a WIDE FORMAT PRINTSYSTEM 8825/ 8830/ 8850/ 510DP/ 721P, or6030/6050 WIDE FORMAT printer with anenabled Scan-to-Net Feature key, and a SynergixScan System. A Color Feature Key is required forcolor scanning to the network.Document sets can be created and saved as asingle document. The printer queue can beviewed and submitted print jobs can be cancelled.Media usage data can be tracked, when jobaccounting is enabled, by assigning a User ID andAccount ID to the scanned and copieddocuments. A Scan Directory is also specifiedbefore scanning documents. Each of the ClientTools is on a separate tab: Document Submit,Printer Queue, Accounting, Document Retrieve,and Device Manager tabs. All of the tools areinstalled at the same time, using the InstallAnywhere software.NOTE: The Accounting tab functionality isavailable only if the printer with which the ClientTools is interacting is using a firmware versionless than 7.0.
