You shouldtake the online test immediately after completing the Care worksheet.If you have already completed and passed the online tests for the Phaser 2135 Customer SupportTraining, take the online Phaser 7300-Phaser 2135 Differences Test after completing the Phaser7300-Phaser 2135 Differences Guide.About the Online TestDuring the test, only one question appears on the screen. You cannot jump ahead to see otherquestions, or scroll back to change answers. Manuals that are normally available (for example,the Phaser 7300 Color Printer Service Manual) may be used as resources when taking the test.Test results are provided immediately. When a test failure occurs, review topics are suggestedbased on the questions missed. If you fail a test three times, you should contact a Xerox CustomerSupport Training representative at (503) 685-4400 (North America only).An account name and password are required to access the CustomerSupport Testing Center. These are included in your welcome letter, whichis mailed separately.
