If the name exceeds 12 alphanumeric characters, only thefirst 12 characters will be valid.New Document Name - When [Document Name] is set to [Enter Document Name],enter the document name with up to 12 alphanumeric characters.2 Sided Print - Sets whether to print your job 1-sided or 2-sided. When printing 2-sided,select [Flip on long edge] or [Flip on short edge].Output Color - Sets whether to print in color or in monochrome. [Color] uses all CMYK(cyan/magenta/yellow/black) toners when printing. [Black and White] uses only the K(black) toner.Paper Size - Sets the paper size of your document.Edit - This button becomes active when [Paper Size] is set to [PostScript CustomSize]. Clicking the button displays the [PostScript Custom Size Settings] dialog box.In the dialog box, you can set the [Short Edge] and [Long Edge] of a custom papersize.Paper Source - Sets the paper tray to be used for printing the document.Bypass Feed Orientation - Sets the orientation of the paper when printing from thebypass tray. When loading the paper with one of the short edges facing into the bypasstray, select [Portrait]. When loading the paper with one of the long edges facing into thebypass tray, select [Landscape]. If the orientation can only be one way or the otherdepending on the paper size, the actual orientation of the paper overrides this setting.Paper Type - Sets the type of paper to be used for printing your document. Selecting[None] uses the paper type selected on the printer.
