Electric Acoustic GuitarOwner’s ManualPRECAUTIONSl Before connecting the guitar to the amplifier, refer to the “BatteryReplacement” section and install the batteries.l Always set the guitar’s VOLUME control and the volume controlon the amplifier to their minimum levels when connecting or dis-connecting the cable.l The built-in preamplifier is automatically turned ON when a guitarcable is connected to the output jack. When not using the instru-ment, or when playing it without amplification, be sure to removethe guitar cable from the output jack so that the preamplifier pow-er is turned OFF. The range is from 80 Hz to 10 kHz.* This control has no effect when the MID equalizer control is set to its centerposition.t Tuner DisplayDisplays tuner information.y TUNER SwitchSwitches the tuner ON/OFF.Battery HolderControl SectionOutput Jack(with power switch function)Pickup SectionNOMENCLATURE/CONTROL INSTRUCTIONSBATTERY REPLACEMENTAs battery power becomes low, the battery check indicator will light.Replace the batteries as soon as possible.Release LeverBattery HolderAlkalinebattery x2q Press the release lever on the batterycase in the direction indicated by thearrow in the illustration in order tounlock it, and then slide out the batteryholder.w Remove the old batteries from the bat-tery holder, and insert the two new sizeAA alkaline batteries. Make sure thatthe poles on the batteries are properlypositioned as shown in the diagraminside of the holder.* Use alkaline batteries only.* Always change both batteries at the same time. Do not mix new and old bat-teries, or different type batteries (batteries made by different manufacturersor batteries by the same manufacturer but of different types). Not doing socan result in fire, etc.* Never dismantle the batteries and never dispose batteries in fire.* Never touch any fluid that may leak from the battery. If the fluid should comein contact with the eyes, mouth, or skin, wash immediately with water andconsult a doctor.* Always dispose batteries in accordance with local laws and regulations.e Slide the battery holder back into the battery case and press firmly sothat the battery holder locks in place.r Press the TUNER switch again to switch the tuner power OFF. Also, ifthe note name is not shown in the display for more than 1 minute, thepower will automatically switch OFF. ( display goes off)* It may take a few seconds before the tuner can detect pitches after beingswitched ON.* The note name and displays may have difficulty keeping up with ir-regular pitch changes. Gradually change the pitch and check when tuning.* The tuner may not be able to detect notes rich with overtones or with veryshort sustain.* Sound output is not muted when the tuner is being used. |
