4z Wall mounting the surround speakersWhen mounting the speakers on a wall, attach one of the spacing pads provided near each of the corners onthe rear surface of the speaker to prevent the speaker cable from being caught between the wall and thespeaker.Fasten screws into a firm wall or wall support as shown in the figure, and hang the holes of the mountingbracket on the protruding screws.Make sure that the screws are securely caught by the narrow sections of the “key hole” opening.WARNINGz Each speaker weighs 2.6 lbs (1.2 kg). Do not mount the speakers on thin plywood or a wall with soft surfacematerial, since the screws may pull away from the surface and fall. This will damage the speakers and cancause personal injury.z Do not mount the speakers on a wall with nails, adhesives, or any other unstable hardware.
