12• Never use the machine indoors or in spaceslacking proper ventilation. The exhaust fumescontain carbon monoxide, and odorless, poi-sonous, and lethal gas.• Stop and inspect the equipment if you run overor into anything. If necessary, make repairsbefore starting.• Never make adjustments with the engine run-ning.• The machine is tested and approved only withthe equipment originally provided or recom-mended by the manufacturer.• The blades are sharp and can cause cuts andgashes. Wrap the blades or us protectivegloves when handling them.• Check the parking brake’s functionality regu-larly. Adjust and service as necessary.• The mulch deck shall only be used when higherquality mowing is desired in familiar areas.• Reduce the risk of fire by removing grass,leaves, and other debris that may have accu-mulated on the machine. Allow the machineto cool before putting it in storage.• If a hydraulic leak is suspected, use a piece ofcardboard or wood, NOT your hands to checkfor leaks.• Escaping hydraulic oil under pressure canhave sufficient force to penetrate the skin,causing serious injury. If injured by escapingfluid, see a doctor at once.
