Basic Call Features93parked call.The system establishes call between phone C and B.NoteYou can use call pickup to answer someone else’s incoming call on your phone. TheSIP-T23(P/G) IP phone supports directed call pickup and group call pickup. Directed callpickup is used for picking up a call that is ringing at a target phone number. Group callpickup is used for picking up a call that is ringing at any phone number in a certaingroup. The pickup group should be predefined, contact your system administrator formore information.You can pick up an incoming call by using the DPickup/GPickup soft key. To use callpickup, you need to configure the call pickup code beforehand on a global or per-linebasis via web user interface.NoteDirected Call PickupTo enable the directed call pickup via web user interface:1. Click on Features->Call Pickup.The call park code and call park retrieve code are predefined on the system server.Contact your system administrator for more information.If the parked call is not retrieved within a period of time assigned by the system, thephone performing call park will receive a call back.If there are many incoming calls at the same time, pressing the GPickup soft key on thephone will pick up the call that rings first.
