Press the OK key – your caller will be unable to hear your conversation as they arenow on hold OK is located to the right of your dial pad in the center of navigation arrowsA. If the person confirms that they would like to take the call, press the Transfer key asecond time and hang upB. If the caller does NOT want to take the call, refer to your Soft keys. You will see an EndCall soft key.- Ending the call will then put your original call on Hold, and you will see a Resume soft key.- Once you Resume your call, you can then let your caller know that the person in which theywish to speak is unavailable, but you can send them to voicemail To transfer directly to voicemail, press Transfer *55 + extension number Send soft keyHang up
