Multiple numbersYour telephone numbers are shown on the left of thedisplay. Use the „additional telephone numbers“ key toswitch between the display of telephone numbers 1 - 5 and6 - 10.Outgoing callsThe light blue telephone number is automatically used foroutgoing calls (telephone number 1 in the default settings).You can use the navigation keys to reset theoutgoing telephone number.If you want to use another telephone number for anoutgoing call as a one-off, select the corresponding keybefore you enter the number.Incoming callsYou can receive incoming calls on all telephone numbers.You can use the «Do not disturb» key to block individualtelephone numbers for incoming calls.Blocked telephone numbers are marked with the do notdisturb icon .Contact directoriesWith My SME Office, three telephone directories areavailable on the Yealink T46G: the internal employeedirectory, the external directory and a local directory.Under the menu item «Business telephony» in theCustomer Center (www.swisscom.ch/login), you canmanage the «internal employee directory» and the«external directory» which are available for all telephonesconnected to Centro Business, unless otherwise specified.You can also use the telephone to save personal numbers inthe «local directory».
