17GUARANTEE CONDITIONSGuarantee stipulated in the contract1 year starting from setting into function themanufacturer will replace the damagedparts except the cases mentioned in chapter“Reserves”.Conditions for applyingFor applying this guarantee you have todirect to the distributor who sold you theappliance and submit to him yourGuarantee Certificate. The dealer will or willnot overtake the expenses for the labor andtransport in accordance with their salesconditions.Reserves:We draw your attention on the fact that theguarantee will not be applied:• if the damages are due to shock ,abnominal power variation, etc., or non-observing of the installation and useconditions stipulated in the Instructionbook, wrong handling, negligence orwrong, installation non-conforming to therules imposed by the power, water, gasdistributor;• if the user modified the material or tookoff the marking or the serial numbers;• if the person who made the repairing isnot certified by the manufacturer or thedealer;• if the appliance was used forcommercial or industrial purpose orother household purposes than what itwas conceived for;• if the appliance was bought or repairedoutside cantry territoryAFTER SALES SERVICEAny repair work that needs to be carried outshould be done with the utmost care andattention. For this reason we recommendthat for any problem you contact the dealerwho sold it to you.In case of moving to another place, closingof the shop, contact the nearest ConsumersService (Authorized Service Center) whowill give you the address of an After SalesService.In case of intervention on your applianceask your after sales service only spareparts certified by the Manufacturer.
