CHILDREN SHOULDBE KEPT AWAY.SELECTING THE GRILL To operate the grill open the grill door and turnthe Top Oven/Grill control to the required setting. The Top Oven/Grill neon will illuminate. It mayturn on and off during cooking. At lower settings the grill may turn on and offover time and you may prefer to use thesesettings for keeping food warm.THINGS TO NOTETHE GRILL DOOR MUST BE LEFT OPEN DURINGGRILLING. IF THE DOOR IS CLOSED THE TOPOVEN WILL OPERATE. The cooling fan will operate. For more detailssee page 5. Some smoke from fat splashes may be evidentas the grill cleans itself. The top oven cannot be operated when the grillis in use. The inner grill element may appear to glowslightly brighter than the outer element. This isquite normal.THE GRILL PAN AND HANDLEThe grill pan is supplied with a removable handle.To attach the handle, place the wirework under thecut out in the pan so that the metal plate hooks overthe top of the grill pan.Slide the handle to the left and over the central bumpon the grill pan.Ensure the handle is correctly located. It is notnecessary to remove the grill pan handle duringgrilling.To remove the handle, slide the handle to the rightand lift the handle away from the cut out on the grillpan.Place the grill pan on the shelf so that the pan ispositioned centrally beneath the grill.THE GRILL
