Something not workingThe dishwasher will not start or stops duringoperation.Certain problems are due to the lack of simplemaintenance or oversights, which can besolved with the help of the indications describedin the chart, without calling out an engineer.Switch off the dishwasher and carry out the fol-lowing suggested corrective actions.Fault code and malfunction Possible cause and solution• 1 intermittent audible signal• continuous flashing of the light of the runningprogramme• 1 flash of the "end of programme " indicator lightThe dishwasher does not fill with water.• The water tap is blocked or furred with limescale.Clean the water tap.• The water tap is turned off.Turn the water tap on.• The filter (where present) in the threaded hose fittingat the water inlet valve is blocked.Clean the filter in the threaded hose fitting.• The water inlet hose has not been correctly laid orit is bent or squashed.Check the water inlet hose connection.• 2 intermittent audible signals• continuous flashing of the light of the runningprogramme• 2 flashes of the "end of programme " indicatorlightThe dishwasher will not drain.• The sink spigot is blocked.Clean out the sink spigot.• The water drain hose has not been correctly laid orit is bent or squashed.Check the water drain hose connection.• 3 intermittent audible signals• continuous flashing of the light of the runningprogramme• 3 flashes of the "end of programme" indicatorlightAnti-flood device is activatedClose the water tap and contact your local ServiceForce Centre.The programme does not start. • The dishwasher door has not been properly closed.Close the door.• The main plug is not plugged in.Insert the mains plug.• The fuse has blown in the household fuse box.Replace the fuse.Once these checks have been carried out;switch on the dishwasher. The programme willcontinue from the point at which it was inter-rupted.22
