Do not use detergents or abrasive powders, asthese will damage the finish.Daily useFreezing fresh foodThe freezing (top) area is suitable for freezing fresh foodand storing frozen and deep-frozen food for a long time.To freeze fresh food turn the Temperature Regulator to"SUPER" position 6-24 hours before placing fresh food inthe freezer.Place the food on the freezing shelf and leave the Temper-ature Regulator in "SUPER" position for a further 24hours.The maximum amount of food that can be frozen in 24hours is specified on the rating plate, a label located onthe inside of the appliance.The freezing process lasts 24 hours: during this period donot add other food to be frozen.After 24 hours, return the Temperature Regulator to "NOR-MAL" position. The freezer will return to normal storagetemperature. Place the frozen food in the storing (bottom)area to make room for another freezing.If the Temperature Regulator is left in the "SUPER"position, the freezer will not be damaged, but energywill be wasted.Storage of frozen foodWhen first starting-up or after a period out of use, beforeputting the products in the freezer let the appliance run atleast 4 hours with the Temperature Regulator to "SUPER"position.Important! In the event of accidental defrosting, forexample due to a power failure, if the power has been offfor longer than the value shown in the technicalcharacteristics chart under "rising time", the defrostedfood must be consumed quickly or cooked immediatelyand then re-frozen (after cooling).ThawingDeep-frozen or frozen food, prior to being used, can bethawed at room temperature.Small pieces may even be cooked still frozen, directlyfrom the freezer: in this case, cooking will take longer.4
