If necessary, a paste cleaner or a soapimpregnated steelwool pad can be used withcaution.The pan supports are not dishwasherproof; they must be washed by hand. Aftercleaning, be sure to wipe dry with a softcloth. Take care when drying them as theenamelling process occasionally leavesrough edges.
