3. With a socket spanner 7 remove the injec-tors and replace them with the ones whichare necessary for the type of gas you use(see table in "Technical Data" chapter).4. Assemble the parts, follow the same pro-cedure backwards.5. Replace the rating plate (it is near the gassupply pipe) with the one for the new typeof gas supply. You can find this plate in thepackage supplied with the appliance.If the supply gas pressure is changeable or dif-ferent from the necessary pressure, you must fitan applicable pressure adjuster on the gas sup-ply pipe.Adjustment of minimum levelTo adjust the minimum level of the burners:1. Light the burner.2. Turn the knob on the minimum position.3. Remove the knob.4. With a thin screwdriver, adjust the by-passscrew position.AA) The by-pass screw• If you change from natural gas G20 20 mbarto liquid gas, fully tighten the adjustmentscrew in.• If you change from liquid gas to natural gasG20 20 mbar, undo the by-pass screw ap-proximately 1/4 of a turn.Warning! Make sure the flame does notgo out when you quickly turn the knobfrom the maximum position to the minimumposition.Electrical connection• Do not pull the mains cable to disconnectthe appliance. Always pull the mains plug.• The appliance must not be connected withan extension cable, an adapter or a multiplesocket. There is a risk of fire.• Do not let the power cable to heat up to atemperature of more than 90° C. The cable isguided by means of clamps fixed to the sideof the cabinet, in order to avoid any contactwith the equipment beneath the cooktop.• Make sure that there is access to the mainsplug after the installation.Electrical RequirementsPermanent electrical installation must agreewith the latest I.E.E. Regulations and local Elec-tricity Board regulations. For your own safetythe installation must be done by a qualifiedelectrician (e.g. your local Electricity Board, or acontractor who is on the roll of the National In-spection Council for Electrical Installation Con-tracting [NICEIC]).The manufacturer refuses to be held re-sponsible, if these safety measures are notabided by.Supply connections:This hob has to be connected to 230 — 240 V( 50 Hz) electricity supply.The hob has a terminal block which ismarked as follows:• L — Live terminal• N — Neutral terminal• or E — Earth terminalBefore carrying out the connection, make sure:1. The limiter valve and the electrical systemcan take the appliance load (see the ratingplate)2. The supply system is equipped with an effi-cient earth connection in compliance withthe current standards and regulations3. The outlet or omnipolar switch used forconnection is easily accessible with theappliance installed.The appliance is supplied with a 3 core flexiblepowercable with a 3 amp plug.
