• In order to accelerate cooling down of thegoods, it is advisable to turn on the fan. Theactivation of DYNAMICAIR allows greaterhomogenization of internal temperatures.• Always refer to the expiry date of the productsto know how long to keep them.CARE AND CLEANINGWARNING! Refer to Safety chapters.CLEANING THE INTERIORBefore using the appliance for the first time, theinterior and all internal accessories should bewashed with lukewarm water and some neutralsoap to remove the typical smell of a brand-newproduct, then dried thoroughly.CAUTION! Do not use detergents,abrasive powders, chlorine or oil-based cleaners as they will damagethe finish.CAUTION! The accessories and partsof the appliance are not suitable forwashing in a dishwasher.PERIODIC CLEANINGThe equipment has to be cleaned regularly:1. Clean the inside and accessories withlukewarm water and some neutral soap.2. Regularly check the door seals and wipe themclean to ensure they are clean and free fromdebris.3. Rinse and dry thoroughly.DEFROSTING OF THE REFRIGERATORFrost is automatically eliminated from theevaporator of the refrigerator compartment duringnormal use. The defrost water drains out through atrough into a special container at the back of theappliance, over the motor compressor, where itevaporates.It is important to periodically clean the defrost waterdrain hole in the middle of the refrigeratorcompartment channel to prevent the wateroverflowing and dripping onto the food inside.For this purpose use the tube cleaner provided withthe appliance.DEFROSTING OF THE FREEZERThe freezer compartment is frost free. This meansthat there is no build up of frost when it is inoperation, neither on the internal walls, nor on thefoods.PERIOD OF NON-OPERATIONWhen the appliance is not in use for long period,take the following precautions:1. Disconnect the appliance from electricitysupply.2. Remove all food.3. Clean the appliance and all accessories.4. Leave the doors open to prevent unpleasantsmells.TROUBLESHOOTINGWARNING!
