SAP sound is always monaural.Improves tonal balance and increases apparent stereo separation to produce a spacious and moretonal sound. The TVwill switch automatically between the STEREO andMONO modes dependent on the signal being received.lfyou prefer SAP, use the 2ND AUDIO/SAP option. Onthose stations which broadcast two audio portions, you willhear the SAP (usually a second language). When the SAPbroadcast ends, the TV switches automatically betweenSTEREO and MONO modes.
