You should never use the prod-uct when under the influence ofalcohol, when suffering from ex-haustion or lack of sleep, whensuffering from drowsiness as a re-sult of having taken cold medicineor at any other time when a pos-sibility exists that your judgmentmight be impaired or that youmight not be able to operate theproduct properly and in a safemanner.2. When planning your work sched-ule, allow plenty of time to rest.Limit the amount of time overwhich the product is to be usedcontinuously to somewherearound 30 ~ 40 minutes per ses-sion, and take 10 ~ 20 minutes ofrest between work sessions.
