Reduce axle tension byloosening the right axle knoba minimum of two turns toallow for disengagement ofthe quick release.4. Firmly grasp your bike seatstay to stabilize the bike.5. Disengage the quick releaseon the right side of the trainerand slide the axle knob to thefully open position.
