PA G E 1 6One (1) Year Limited Warrantywarranty.RADENSO warrants, for one year, to theoriginal retail owner, this RADENSO productto be free from defects in materials andcraftsmanship with only the limitations orexclusions set out below.WARRANTY DURATION: This warranty, tothe original user, is valid for 12 monthsafter the date of the original retail sale.SCOPE OF WARRANTY:From the date of original consumer purchaseand for the respective periods specifiedabove, RADENSO agrees to repair orreplace, at its sole expense, all RADENSObrand products purchased directly fromRADENSO or from an Authorized RADENSODealer, which are defective in material and/or workmanship during ordinary consumeruse. Repairs may be completed using newor refurbished parts that meet or exceedRADENSO specifications for new parts. RA-DENSO, at its sole discretion, may replace aproduct, with a refurbished or reconditionedunit having comparable features and a limit-ed consumer warranty.EXCLUSIONS:IF YOU PURCHASE A RADENSO PROD-UCT FROM AN UNAUTHORIZED DEALER,YOUR RADENSO WARRANTY WILL NOT BEVALID.This Warranty does not apply with respectto the following:1. Defects or damage cause by accident,fire/smoke, flood/water damage, powersurge (or related electrical abnormali-ties), lightning or other acts of nature.2. Defects or damage caused by abuse,misuse, negligence, accident, unautho-rized product modification or service, orfailure to observe the instructions.3. Deterioration/failure due to corrosiveatmosphere, including but not limitedto; smoke, high humidity, or extremetemperature.4. Damage caused during shipment orhandling.5. Products purchased from anyone otherthan RADENSO or an IndependentRADENSO Authorized Dealer. If youare uncertain as to whether a dealer isauthorized, please contact RADENSO’sCustomer Service.6. Products that have had their serial num-bers altered or removed.7. Products purchased in “AS IS” conditionor noted as “DEMO”, “DISPLAY”, “OPENBOX”, or “CLEARANCE”.8. Products that have been altered or re-paired by anyone other than RADENSOor a RADENSO authorized service sta-tion in a manner that has affected theirperformance, stability, or reliability.9. Any product attached to or used withthe RADENSO product.10. Packing materials or cosmetic items.11. Installation and removal of RADENSO |
