To disableInternet Connection Sharing, click Windows Start, click Settings, andthen click Control Panel. Double-click the Add/Remove Programsicon. Click the "Windows Setup" tab. Double-click the "InternetOptions" entry. Look for "Internet Connection Sharing" in the list ofcomponents that appears. If the box to the left of the entry is checked,you have Internet Connection Sharing enabled. Click the box so that thecheck disappears. Then click OK and click OK again. Close all openwindows. Restart your computer and try registration again.
