A request forinspection by carrier’s agent should be madein writing at once.Nameplate should be checked to ensure thecorrect model sizes and voltages have beenreceived to match the job requirements.If repairs must be made to damaged goods,then the factory should be notified beforeany repair action is taken in order to protectthe warranty. Certain equipment alteration,repair, and manipulation of equipmentwithout the manufacturer’s consent mayvoid the product warranty.
