In particular, temperaturesand times for grilling meat will greatly depend on the thickness of the meat and onpersonal tastes.3.4 Cleaning and maintenanceTo keep the surface of the hob and thevarious components in pristine condition(grill, enamelled covers, burner headsand flame diffusers, it is very importantto wash them in warm soapy water, rinseand dry them well after each use.Do not leave vinegar, coffee, milk, saltywater or the juice of lemon or tomatoon enamelled surfaces for any length oftime.Warning! Check that the headsburners and the relative burnercaps, are correctly positioned intheir housings (fig. 3).Warning! Take care not to disturbthe ignition spark plugs or flamefailure devices.Warning! If you find a tap isdifficult to open or close do notforce it but call for technicalassistance urgently.StructureAll the cooker parts (in enamelled orpainted metal, steel, or glass) shouldbe cleaned frequently with warm soapywater and then rinsed and dried with asoft cloth.Oven cavityThe oven cavity should be cleaned aftereach use to remove cooking residualsand or grease or sugar which, if burnt onwhen the oven is used again, will formdeposits or unremovable stains as well asunpleasant smells.To maintain the shine of the enamelledparts, clean them with warm soapy water,rinse and dry them thoroughly.
